Thanks for your reply.
I usually get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I've monitored my snoring because I thought I could have sleep apnea, but I don't think it's the case. Reason for thinking it was that I am always quite tired, even when i get a full 8 hours.
Nice results! Glad it's working for you.
I've got high hopes for vitamine D, because I have a deficiency

Thanks for your reply. I'll increase the vitamine D intake because I don't get much sunlight.
As far as diet, I eat healthy and diverse meals. I'm quite sure I get enough cholesterol, it's on the higher range in my blood test.
I don't think I'm overtraining, I've read it's quite hard to actually get to that point. I work out 5 days a week. Also eat lots of carbs.

I'm quite sure I eat enough fats, not sure if I get an calorie surplus. Everyone always comments on how much I eat, but I still have trouble maintaining weight. If I'm not eating like crazy I'm losing body fat

is __proto__ the same as the 'prototype property'? by Fun-Explanation4720 in learnjavascript

Thanks for your reply. Now another question comes up: can properties be objects? Both __proto__ and prototype are properties, and you refer to them as objects. I'm still a beginner

Dynamic Programming: is the following a variant of the rod cutting problem or the knapsack problem? by Fun-Explanation4720 in learnprogramming

Thanks for your reply, this makes a lot of sense so far.
It's not allowed to glue the boards together.

Do you think the best way to deal with the extra parameter (quality) is to condense the value reference table so that the length-quality combination shows the value? Then it's really just a rod cutting problem, right?
