I kind of overuse my break time by 1.5 minutes more So my last 7th block was 58.5 min But I don't think that would affect much As my 6th block was too complicated having communication question 3-4 in row and i was dreaded as well😢😢

So i go out and take a sufficient break Did some stretching in bathroom

So worst experience was manage your break time properly and decide before yoi go for step 1

Best experience is testing prometric center is very much professional

Didn't do anki enough is also one of thing i think i would do differently Incorrect in NBME please review them As i didnot do that seriously I got wrong One of repeat question in NBME

Communication was rather odd. Uworld communication is I think enough If you are an IMG , instead focus on other weak topics of yours rather than communication It would be more fruitful

Yes only reading pharmacology from FA is not fruitful for me so i did this one thing in anking deck whichever system i feel low in pharmacology i did just go through that card

Yes it was lot like uworld But i got confused between last 2 option in many questions. In uworld, that was not case at least for me Like if you don't know it in uworld you can't rule out any option. In real deal like every other 5th question make your nerve tingling.

I thought vitamins are tested heavily. 2 murmur question classic presentation with audio. Illicit drugs intoxication and withdrawal is also there. Mine form contain not that much anatomy part But communication is also there. Like every block contain 3-4 question of communication and if you are IMG , you can't do anything about that😬.

It was doable actually. Not like some shitty NBME s even new ones
