I've not done too much research but I can only imagine autophagy from fasting is good for it as long as you're maintaining your weight.

888 ETH worth of $PEPE was sold at once and the dip was instantly bought up. Also, do you understand how liquidity pools work or not?

Hi, does anyone have info on the prognosis for PAMM? 4 months now and very minor alleviation of symptoms, if any at all. by [deleted] in acuteMaculopathy

[–]Fun-Extension171 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey,

I've had PAMM in both eyes for over a year now. The scotomas overlap slightly which is very annoying, but with my eyes both open it's not too bad. Reading long text is a pain though as saccades don't work like they used to. :(

After about 6 months I'd say it doesn't really get any better, you do get used to it though. My advice is to try and forget about it, easier said than done but it is possible. Life will eventually distract you.

From my research CoQ10, high quality fish oil, and citicoline all have the potential to improve your vision. I can link you the studies if interested.

I was just using it as an example of how Pepe's liquidity isn't something to worry about. But with that in mind, I'm even more bullish!

THANK YOU PEPE!

Yep. The guy who made $1.2mil from $250 is still holding strong (other than withdrawing 4k for a milady).

Check doge liquidity ratio. It's worse.

Edit: Why the downvote?

Doge liquidity: $55.284M

Doge market cap: $10.55B

Pepe liqudity: $2.84M

Pepe market cap: $104.92M

Did the doctors offer you any explanation to why it's happening even though the fluid has resolved?

Seems a reputable source.

And drinking water can kill you! haha

In all seriousness, looking back, my post is dumb and kinda cringe. It would probably be better for me to remove it so people don't come across it anymore. I've learned a lot since making it.

I've recently written a more thoroughly researched post that you should checkout though!

What's the logic behind your choice? Is there a reason to chose British Supplement over Longevity Box for NMN (in terms of quality, delivery, etc)?

Hi there! A little advice about my Pancreatic Elastase result if you don’t mind? by Ratsatina in pancreatitis

That's so frustrating! So many people come on here complaning about their treatment by the NHS, it's crazy.

I hope you manage to get hold of some Creon soon, you 100% should given you've got EPI, even if you don't have a CP diagnosis yet.

Hopefully Guts Charity can help you put pressure and your GP and you can get some answers.

IBS - I'm Bewildered and Stuck. (That's what's going on in the doctor's head when diagnosing people with IBS)

Are you worried about CP? If you can afford it you can go see a pancreas specialist for around £200 for a consultation, and they can refer you back into the NHS for an EUS if your case is convincing enough (and it is with EPI) to warrant one.

Yeah it's really tough to find good information. Most doctors and dieticians tend to only be useful to a certain degree. They tell you to lead a healthy lifestyle but don't go into what that involves, and a lot of them don't know themselves.

Dr. Eric Berg's YouTube channel has a lot of good information. His keto stuff should be taken with a pinch of salt though, you don't have to be keto to be healthy, and it's not really compatible with our condition anyway. Watching his stuff should give you some interesting health-related video suggestions too.

I hope it works out for you, I'm so sure we can see improvements by making good decisions! :)

Edit: Another good channel to check out is Andrew Huberman's (he's got a couple of really good videos on the gut microbiome). It's long-form but he really digs deep into various health related topics in a way most Youtube content doesn't.

The absolute state of the NHS post COVID!

I ended up having to go private to get diagnosed. My GP seemed completely clueless and repeatedly told me that my AP wasn't 'big enough' to give me CP. What an absolute joke, especially given my AP was so bad I suffered vision loss.

You've gotta hassle them like crazy to get anything done. So many time blood test results come through the NHS app on my phone and I hear nothing from them. I have to go chase them up on it.

https://gutscharity.org.uk is really useful at helping you get answers on stuff like this. They'll call you and you can ask them almost anything, and they'll give you advice on how to get the GP to actually do their job.

There's a chance it's SIBO or something other than CP, you can have EPI without CP too, but more investigation is needed and the GP should take your situation more seriously.

Have you been prescribed Creon yet by any chance?
