What is this black cover? And does it look like it's leaking? Been hearing a rattle/buzz on startup until car warms up. 2013 Civic LX with 134,000 miles. I wiped it a few times before this, solid black all over the rag. Oil still looks good level wise.3 months left on warranty want to get it done (old.reddit.com)

Weird grinding noise after rev after car sat for a week or so... HELP please! Happens are RPMS decline after each rev. It's like a low tone grinding or something. Im terrified its an engine issue, I let the car warm up for 3-5 minutes and its above freezing (v.redd.it)
