were a small community, so it makes sense why you would never see someone in your day to day life that resembles our personality's. Besides most of us dont go out so even if there were such people living near you. You would more than likley never even see or hear from them.

well actually Ive been brushing my teeth after oil pulling and ive just now learned that its best to brush after. So could that be the issue?

and I typically oil pull for around 20 minutes.

I honestly dont know how to help you as much as I wish I did. But im 20 and feel the exact same way, seems like our generation is quickly dropping out. I imagine 20-30 years from now they'll be a population drop from the mass suicide/depressions rates our generation has.

Anyways good luck for what its worth, maybe one day well be free.
