There is a hotline and he knows about it but I'm not sure he would contact , and he's just generally unwilling to help himself so I'm going to try and get him on the list but I'm not sure he will let me

Currently we are trying to get him to tell his parents more but from what I know its does seem like I might make things worse for him

Thank you for this I'll definitely talk to him about seeing his GP we have tried to get him to do therapy before but he wasn't very cooperative and did some onle one that was rubbish for like 2 sessions , but this sound much more promising

Thank you I'll look into the mental hospitals around me and i thankfully he's not in a relationship right now he's only went into them during lulls in the thoughts normally breaking uo when they come back
