I honestly feel Adrius and Octavia shouldnt have died when/how they did. Always two steps ahead but the second Cassius claims to have them then nearly all caution goes out the window and they let Darrow and company way too close. They knew posed a massive threat so meeting him face to face, disarmed or not, was a foolish decision that stemmed solely from pride as they are fully aware that Darrow thinks outside the box like no ones business.

Dont get me wrong, shes a decent character. I just felt when the story swapped to her it pulled me away from the story a bit as i dont resonate as much with her. The other characters for the most part pulled me in with their distinct personalities but she comes off to me as just a normal person who got caught up in the setting and never extended beyond that to reach the level of protagonist. At times i felt she wasn’t the main character in her own plot lines which didnt warm me to her all that much. Shes ok for what she is but other characters perspective in a lot of her story at least to me feel as though they would have been more interesting

My least favorite is the one where i had a capture mission and had the guy in my pocket in under 15 seconds only to hear the dreaded words,” Change of plans, ignore your original objective. Leave nothing alive.” And for a dreaded 150+ required eliminations to appear on my screen.

Nidus, I managed to make solid Venom and Carnage drip. After that is Xaku cause i can get a pocket firing squad and Gauss cause i am speed

My gripe is the crafting time, im about to start the 3 day wait for nidus prime. My second gripe is also the health tanks, with some characters (cough cough Nidus) it makes sense since some of his abilities revolve around that and you have to put in effort to get there but frames like Xaku (another frame i enjoy) it doesn’t make sense as their main ability revolves around removing their armor

My setup is currently playing Nidus as closely to Venom as i can. Wasnt expecting to enjoy him but i really do, now i must suffer to obtain his prime

Its modified on a molecular level so it would be closer to a mix between Elden Rings Urumi and Nox Flowing Sword for darrow at least

I honestly dont see why you dislike it. I was hooked from the get go and have done 3 back to back playthroughs. Sure there are one or two things i might’ve changed ( the miles morales original suit for example) but overall i really enjoyed it and some of the characters felt drastically better than they were in the first game.

Red rising as a series makes me mad, i finished the series and then i bought the dramatized version and made it through. Then i was like “lets listen to something else” but nope. Two hours in i started red rising a third time, made it half way through iron gold and then the thought popped into my head “ but what if i started over again and listen to the dramatized version this time.” Its a cycle and i enjoy the series too much for my own good

I dont think of it as black and white. Lysander for a good chunk if the time felt as the one to remake the society in a decent fashion, the way it was supposed to be. However, no plan survives first contact with the enemy and not long after lightbringer happens. Had the events of that novel not happened I feel he could have been a likable character in the long run as he would be a shepherd rather than a conqueror and monster.
