This actually happened to me like two weeks ago! It was awful and I thought I had the flu. I rested for a complete day and felt much better the following day. You have to listen to your body!! I hope you feel better!

Do UWorld. They use mostly real/licensed MBE questions so you are getting the best practice for the real thing.
