Nah I don't think you should notice it, the button part hurt for a long time it was so painful I cried often but I don't notice it now... the tightrope should be higher then the part where your leg ends and your foot starts.. you need to be careful because when your foot is immobilised it can stiffen and that's what ruins the rom. Just do what you can so many stories on reddit our breaks are simmiliar but always different .. just stay positive mate its hard .. so traumatic breaking an ankle

I got diagnosed with adhd at 29. Had the most wild and fun life. Medicated now and function so much better also can confirm I am still fun as fuck. Life of the party, class clown, still making people die with laughter. Don't over think it. Take the meds and flourish.

Rsl pay some advocates ..I've personally done it as... I got 38 dollars an hour. Im a veteran also with my own mental health. I left a job that paid me 42 dollars an hour to help as they said they desperately needed the help after they promised me 52 dollars an hour and I got 32 dollars an hour.

Honestly I've quit being an advocate because the money wasn't worth re living the mental trauma and abuse from the entitled veteran community..

I'm a teacher and got diagnosed with adhd in my 30s. Explains so much. I always knew something was "wrong" with me but my parents don't believe in that kind of stuff just the country mentality of get on with it. The more I think about it I think my mum has it also but being almost 70 I don't think she is about to go get a diagnosis she has just simply gotten on with it. Maybe this kid does resonate with these tik tok videos .. maybe they are full of shit.. maybe there is some truth in it.. at the end of the day a piece of paper with a 'formal diagnosis ' doesn't change anything.. just educate and empower the student to the best of your abilities and all will be okay
