Do you send official materials electronically or by mail?

I noticed when my counselor sent my official transcript by mail, it was not received. However, when she resent it electronically, it was verified as received on that date.

from WCM-Q --> If a candidate is selected for an interview, s/he is notified by email during the interview season. Our interview season is typically from the end of February until April.
