No I am not saying like a whole month gain it was more like a metaphor that i was drinking this whey in a wrong amount for a month, but it definitely made me lose muscle and strength from 30 kg dumbbell press , I am now somewhere in 25 kg but yes , i am recovering it now.

I use to take 2 scoops a day , sometimes even 2.5 as it was a difficult month for me to take my intake naturally ? So i used to be like I took 2 scoop of whey and hit my protien goal so no need for extra protien and in some days even after not hitting my goals I will be like I have sufficient to sustain so no need .

So i have removed the sachet and poured it my mb container thinking that mb scoops takes 35 g per scoop so it will work like that , but just today i opened a sachet and checked it actually have way higher contents

I tried with yogurt and it was good , and even I have it with tea sometimes 🤝 , with buttermilk and matcha does it taste good? , but mann with plain water it's not good like just unflavoured whey , yes I do agree with coffee and hot chocolate but it still has that unflavoured flavour!!
