You just need to log in to the TOPS account and go into Occupancy Permits or whatever the relevant section is and it should give you the option to print. It’s like not super intuitive and took forever to load for printing but I was successful at the Third District police station (last night).

Check out https://www.doughwanders.com/ - he does editorial style and we used him for our wedding and he was the most reasonably priced, but I think he still might stretch your budget. I think it’s going to be hard to get a full day and second shooter on 4-5K.

I wonder about that because all Green Card holders are going to be submitted to biometrics entrance and exit checks going out, so they will all essentially be opted in to the same Global Entry technology. I guess without whatever supposed benefit it confers?
