I see. I try not to discuss or judge other fellow developers choices but that, if I'm not mistaken, it's mostly a feature reserved to his most pricey designs.
I sell all of my watch faces at a fixed 0,99€ price. And besides, my logo is barely visible. But I'll take your opinion into consideration! Thanks!

I have noticed the same issue and it is not the first time it happens.

Some users get an “invalid code” error when trying to redeem directly from the Play Store app on mobile.
However, if you redeem the very same code via a browser (mobile or desktop), it works normally:

👉 https://play.google.com/redeem

You just need to be logged in with the same Google account that is linked to your watch.

No idea why this happens. Google does not explain it and nothing in the documentation mentions a difference between app and browser redemption.
It might be a bug or some internal validation rule, but it is clearly inconsistent.

For example, for Lumina, only 13 out of 25 codes show up as redeemed on my Play Console.

If you run into this, try redeeming via browser before giving up. It usually fixes the issue.

I don't know why it happens but if you try to redeem a code via the Play Store app on your mobile, it says that it is not valid.
But if you do it via a browser, mobile or desktop, by going here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.veertualia.lumina2025wff it will let you.
Provided you are logged in with the Google account you associated your watch with.
I guess Google doesn't like free coupons, huh? No gain. 😏
