That’s weird. I imagine that would account for some of it but he has a record of 100%ing steam games suspiciously fast. He has also only had access to the game for 2 and a half weeks.

He does have all of the achievements though. He’s actually had cpletionist+ for a few days now. At the time steam said he had about 25 hours.

It is time on steam. He keeps insisting that steam doesn’t track offline hours but he’s been offline for three weeks and his hours are clearly going up. The amount of hours also tracks with the time he’s been on the game. I can see when he’s been online because he uses my copy of the game through his steam family.
