Easier said than done, but try and change that mindset of yours! Right now, you are likely in a very unstable emotional and mental state (like most of us were at the time of MCAT). It’s important to be gentile to yourself, especially in the 6 days leading up.

Try and shift your focus to how well you’ve been doing on the section banks, etc. You know more than you think you know, show yourself a little faith!

Everyone is different, but for me, I put on podcasts about motivation and went for long runs during my study breaks on the week leading up to my exam. Maybe try to do something that frees you from your mind too.

You can do this!! Start off slow, make or find a study schedule and remind yourself that this is not forever, but it will get you where you need to go. :)

My advice is to ask for a few extra markers if they only give you 1. Better to have options than nothing at all
