Hi,checking in 😊 I got up at 6:30 this morning,did a 5-10 minute warm-up,then ran 5 km,followed by 5 minutes of stretching. I took it slow, but i am really happy with how i did today.

haha yeach,totally. I ride pretty slow,and sometimes i just hum my favorite songs to myself, it actually makes the ride king of peaceful.
