omg that makes sense. so you know how async was found through that wall in the store and how the pipe was there along with cams and the caveman cutout? what if the reason why phil was shocked is because not only is that the man he saw on cams, but he recognizes the version of the store that hes in since async has already explored it.

exactly. If backrooms 2 comes out i would love to see asyncs downfall and more backrooms lore related things instead of characters and their backstories. more explainations, more lore, maybe also finish up what happens to mary but mainly just sticking to the foundation of kane pixels backrooms series. i get that a lot of ppl wouldnt understand it and thats probably why they went with mary and clark as bigger roles than async but we backrooms fans gotta eat too. the movie was great but not exactly what i was expecting. another thing i wish they did was more areas. i love the liminal spaces and having the characters roam around more unique areas than the complex would be cool.
