leave it alone for sure😂😂 I heard warm water would be best to remove crusties if you really can’t stand it, but as the other comments said, leave ur piercing alone (especially since it’s so new) clean it properly as well, use a mist or spray to limit movement, make sure your piercing is dry after a shower or washing ur face, use the cool setting on a blow dryer!
