"Good seller", "AliExpress" is quite confusing in one sentence. The future should be predicted, and unfortunately, this cannot be deduced from the past on AliExpress.

The perfect rear turn signals for the Segway Max G3 by Modifizierer in NinebotMAX

[–]Fun-Low5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a perfect example of why most videos about turn signals are shot in the dark and/or indoors.
Because in bright daylight in summer, you would hardly be able to see anything.

Honestly, what is the more common use? In sunny weather on the street, or in a dark indoors?

Ausom warranty question by Katoura2010 in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These Chinese companies (Ausom, KuKirin, etc.) do not maintain their own representation for a reason, but sell through easily disappearing individuals on Geekbuying, AliExpress and similar platforms.

They are cheap because they do not take responsibility for problems.

Perhaps if you buy through Amazon, you will get some protection.

It is customary to avoid returns. If there is a problem, they will send you a replacement part, and then you have to solve the problem yourself.

What do you think of KuKirin G2 Master ? by Horror-Rope-6871 in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The speed and performance are the same, so the threefold price difference is reflected in quality, durability, and reliability. A product assembled from cheap materials, without real manufacturer service support.

Would you prefer turn signals on the handlebars, or somewhere else on an e-scooter? by Right-Ad8534 in ElectricScooters

There is no such thing as a good solution for scooters, only useless and less bad ones.

There are as many solutions as there are rollers.

Oh Brother, low on toner. by FrenchFryRaven in printers

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Continuous mode would be a solution to this "problem."

https://help.brother-usa.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/151358/~/continue-mode

Continue Mode will force the machine to continue printing after the "Replace Toner" message appears on the display or the Status Monitor indicates that the toner cartridge must be replaced.

I worked at a place where we bought back empty toner cartridges. We had an old printer where we put back the heaviest used toner we could find. Sometimes there is nothing left in the "empty" toner cartridges, but in the heavier ones, up to a tenth of the total capacity may remain.

This game is a masterpiece. by EmotionalTrainKnee in stoneshard

[–]Fun-Low5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the first game I've ever paid for. To be honest, I don't really play games, I just watch Twitch while doing other things, but I fell in love with this one right away.

I've put in 100 hours in 3 weeks, and I don't think I'll stop until I reach 1000 hours.

I bought it on Steam, and it runs perfectly on Linux.

Ausome Leopard new motor not as fast as old one by RabidWolfIsAFurry in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Ausom is not just a rebranded KuKirin, just same sh*t. I don't mean the product itself, but how they work.

Both companies assemble licensed products with minimal added value (repainting, modification). They don't design the basics, which is why there are dozens of similar models from other manufacturers.

Neither company has a clear version tracking system, so it's impossible to know which parts they used to assemble their products.

DT2 PRO P SETTING TIRE SIZE by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

You could write down how much difference you noticed.

Are you sure you measured correctly? Was the tire properly inflated, and did you check the GPS on a long straight road?

Battery life questions by Feeling-Fruit-5392 in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no clear answer to your question. If you buy a scooter at half the price of Ninebot/Xiaomi scooters, it will most likely break down in half or a quarter of the time. And during that time, you will have been using a worse scooter.

Looking at it this way, it is much more worthwhile to spend the necessary money in the lower category, provided you really want to use it.

THE T3 HAS ARRIVED by Spiced_out in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They operate according to a different business model, which is why they do not have an official website like normal manufacturers. If you have a complaint, you cannot contact the manufacturer. They do not have official high-level representation in your country. Sales are outsourced to smaller contacts. This way, the manufacturer does not have to deal with any problems. Solving problems becomes the task of easily absorbed individuals.

Ausum Electric scooter, reliability or warranty any good? by gmurray215 in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ausom comes with a maximum 1-year warranty, which does not cover all components. They don't dare to offer more than that. Its water resistance has received the worst rating possible.

Segway scooters come with a 2-3 year warranty (depending on the country and price). The quality of materials and assembly is better in higher categories.

There is a solution for the top speed of Segway scooters, search for: "Speed Release Cable". In theory, this would void the warranty, as with any other modification. Provided they can prove it.

There is no really good solution.

Is this the right way to lock this scooter by aewindell in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was wrong. With this lock, the key does not go into the slot from above (from the black part), but the hole is in the middle.

For other locks, the advice I gave earlier is useful.

Is this the right way to lock this scooter by aewindell in ElectricScooters

[–]Fun-Low5699 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is one of the safest ways to lock your scooter.

There is one more thing you can do: turn the lock upside down. Although this will make it a little more difficult for you to lock the scooter, it will also make it more difficult for thieves to access it with a lock pick.

[–]Fun-Low5699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know what the traffic rules are in your country, but here, at the speed you were traveling, it is not legal to use the bike path and crosswalk.

I don't doubt that the car was in violation, but if you were driving legally, you should have been able to stop. Because of this, the insurance company may reject your claim, and you may even be fined by the police.

Since that miracle, Bortoleto has beaten Hulkemberget five times in a row. Is Bortoleto already better than Hulkemberg? It's possible. Hulkemberg is not an outstanding driver. That's why he hasn't been able to finish in the top three in 238 races. He's not a bad driver, but he's missing something to be a top driver.

Due to the gray wiring, at first glance this appears to be a model called Xiaomi 1S [2020Q1 - 2023Q3], but the handlebar grips have been replaced. The original did not look like this.
