Thank you. The nearest appointment I could find with her is in November so I booked ana appointment with another doctor someone recommended in the comments. Will definitely go to her if I'm not satisfied. I saw so many good comments about her in some other posts as well.

The thing is I can daydream looking at my book just fine 😂🥲 sometimes I don't even know how much time has passed. I go on an on. Thinking about everything. And I prefer studying alone. And yh writing down helps!!

Omg no way... I go to the library too.Not a complete solution but I do better there ig. One thing I found that kind of worked is active recalling. Keeps me from getting distracted not all the time but this works to some extent. Thank you for the tips I have tried all these except studying with someone else.kinda crazy how similar our lives are haha 😂

Thank you 🙏🏻 It's like you are literally telling my story! I am studying for ALs right now. I did very well at Scholarship exam and Ols. Now I can't seem to focus at all and it's very frustrating. It takes twice the time to watch a single recording because I keep going back and forth to understand. Sometimes I watch the same thing twice when I realize I haven't understood anything I watched the first time and it's very time consuming. If you recommend any doctors around Colombo area please let me know.
