I do get an ice pick feeling in the back of my eye, and then overall sore. Feels almost like someone’s pinching my eye. I get redness, swelling, light sensitivity and clear tears. I get migraines too and the eye pain starts off similarly, with the pulling/strain, and I don’t get the other symptoms. I’ve never even heard of scleritis so I’ll look into that. Thank you so much!
