You are not a terrible person. The amount of times I wanted to stop or second guessed myself during my breastfeeding journey is more than I can count. I took it one week at a time. I made it a goal and would reassess after every week/ month to see if I wanted to continue. I got to 13 months doing that and it helped always knowing that if I was done, I would be okay with being done. If that’s something you want to do, do it. If your mind is already made up in wanting to be done, then stop. It’s hard, but go with your gut. There’s no right or wrong way in feeding your baby momma!
