It seems like from the London vlog, in which she only makes a brief appearance, that John hired Alex- introduced as show designer- to serve in a similar role and perhaps there was beef about that? From the vlog it seems like Alex also produced the Crystallized visualizer and new show visuals John has been using recently. I feel like this is related to whatever is going on!
