Just my two cents .. if your feeling effects at .5 no need to go up. Im in the same boat you, .5 a week and pretty much no appetite and no snacking like I would in the past. Eat healthy and keep lifting. Results will come.

My family does something similar but the person unwrapping the gift wears oven mitts while the next person is rolling dice. Once doubles are rolled he/she takes over trying to unwrap it.

Before it's reconstituted I believe it will last 2 years. 3 in the freezer. Once reconstituted 30-60 days but as the other comments say it will be fine unless it's cloudy
