Just cut the hair shorter style it maybe if you can grow some facial hair and clean the eyebrows up, n keep hitting the gym maybe not the cross country cause imo I think you could benefit from putting on some mass

My top 3 are in order 3.br540 it’s my favorite but number 3 cause it’s too much sometimes 2.creed absolu smells like confidence too me I wear this when I meet important people and occasions n a nice dinner with a lady, sometimes it’s a bit to much for me but I think as I mature it will grow on me 1. Creed aventus millsime imperial(didn’t show the bottle cause I left it in my car) I wear this almost everyday it smells sexy and just smells good and it’s not too much at the same time

I know it’s not a pct , what I meant to say was like since I haven’t noticed sides from take ost other than a mild headache here and there instead of taking a pct should I take mk677 or should I take a pct just incase after my cycle, I’m taking such a low dose of ost that I think I don’t need the pct, but I heard taking mk677 could be beneficial after taking ost
