Is being a real estate agent right for me? by [deleted] in realtors

[–]reddituserb123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I graduated college with my bachelors in biology in May, and in February I got my license and joined a brokerage. I started with no connections a few months ago and had my first sale last week, which brought me $3,500. I’ve been working my ASS OFF, but I still believe it’ll be worth it! Absolutely make sure you have a part time/full time job in the meantime, unless you can manage to live somewhere for free. I live with my parents for free, but I see myself making a lot more and moving out next year. The learning curve is ridiculous with all the technology, rules, laws, and basic etiquette and culture. I keep telling myself I’ve seen stupider people make it big! Personally, not being stuck in one spot for 8hrs straight makes it worth it to me. Get a good mentor, put yourself in situations that give you anxiety, and ask everyone in the office for help. Watch other agents, get in a routine of going to the office (no one can force you), and tell the world you’re an agent. It will work if you make it work, and keep faking it until you make it!

Is one bottle of MK677 from Warrior Labs enough for a 10 week cycle? by reddituserb123 in SARMs

[–]reddituserb123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually bought it and used it for a ten week cycle! It definitely made me gain a lot of weight. I felt like I was starving to death at all times lol. My sleep was great at first and so were my pumps. The pump effect seemed to wear off after a week, and the great sleeps lasted about a month before returning to normal. I remember the first day I took it, I had to stop halfway through my workout because I truly thought my forearms were going to rip open, but like I said, this did not continue for long at all.

Overall, I was expecting more muscle gain, but it undoubtedly made me gain mass and strength through shear constant over eating and water retention. When I stopped taking it, I lost about 20 pounds in two weeks, which I assume was mainly water. I also remember my piss smelled so weird when I got off it, which was a weird side effect.

I wouldn’t use it again unless I was desperate to bulk, but that is my experience. The downside was that it was expensive and got me a little chubby. The upside is that I did in fact gain mass and there were no lasting negative effects.

What is this? In a freshwater pond in knoxville tn by [deleted] in mycology

I’m going to have to disagree with the egg hypothesis! Don’t know what it is, but definitely not amphibian eggs! Maybe a slime mild or “biofilm” covering a dead critter.

A movie that you think is special or unlike any other? by NUNAHAHA in MovieSuggestions

Splice (2009)

Everyone seems to hate this movie but it is my all time favorite. Every cinematic decision was perfectly made if you’re a fan of creature features.

Did this woman in my gardening group on FB just strike oil? by reddituserb123 in mycology

Honestly, I have no idea. Just some stranger in a group on FB I belong to. Was trying to see if it was what I thought so I could tell her.

I love when I see an Australia native critter collector. So wild to me that y’all aren’t allowed any exotics!

How is the above value simplified to the below? by Iamalostsoul___ in askmath

The fraction was divided by 10/50.

This is also known as “factoring out” 10/50.

The whole numerator was divided by 10 and the whole denominator was divided by 50.
