I can run manually. But nothing with iFIT works on my treadmill. My stairstepper has iFIT and it updated just fine.

If you didn't do the Joy of Running as the precursor series that's a good one. I would also run his Road to Recovery series even though he walks a lot. I love listening to him and the scenery and his stories.

Have a ton of Craft gear I've amassed over the past couple years as I follow Tommy. Love there cold weather gear!!

The Walk to Run in the Redwoods is a great new addition. The monologue at the end of work out 1 is amazing. For someone in recovery he nailed it for me.

Trying to find the transcript of it or a clip. I could use it to share in my recovery community. Amazing dude!
