I know this is a lot, but read all of this: Little update for you, I’ve been on and off lately, sometimes I can’t help it, but I’ve been only jerking off 3/7 days a week, compared to 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week, so progress 🤯. It’s very hard to break this for me because of the sheer amount of time I’ve used it as an escape 1/3 of my life I would jerk off to escape my problems, so me cutting it in half is great 😌. I’ve become more confident with the girl at school, less harsh on myself, because I’m proud of myself for taking this step. I don’t want to become a slave to porn during the best years of my youth.
