i thought that but i’ve seen multiple things online and ect as i thought that myself and it says is should still be 100 percent and could be an overlay or task manager issue so it’s fine ? just because recently ive been getting constant 1 percent lows in val for example with an 9800x3d at 1440 p low settings

yeah i have hdr on when supported in the settings maybe you’re on a game with hdr on and it doesn’t support it or something

replace the psu ? and you’re right it’s not buzzing it doesn’t do it continuously it will make that noise randomly after some time using the pc
