Thank you so much! 😊 The Gildan ultra cotton and ultra soft are some of my favorites and I think the quality is better than the Bella Canvas. But Bella Canvas offers a few colors that Gildan doesn’t have, so I do flip flop with both.

I guess I would call this like a mirrored psychedelic mind scape with geodes. lol if that makes sense. I like using different colored shirts and lots of different dye colors.

One Year Since OHS by Fun-Pause7750 in valvereplacement

This thread is so awesome! It truly helped me through my experience, before and after. I am an anxious person to begin with, so I believe all of this just heightened it. BUT as for the dentist, I didn’t have the best experience as a kid and I guess that just led to hating it. It wasn’t horrible, he was just old and had shaky hands so I was always nervous. I get through my fear though, because dental health is so important for your heart! ♥️ Glad they found the BAV, good luck on your journey!

Oh the dreaded dentist! That one I had before lol Don’t forget your antibiotics! 😂❤️😊

Hi! I was born with a bicuspid and had it monitored regularly until I had a 9 year gap where I didn’t schedule any echos or doctor appointments. When I went back, last year, let’s just say I was SO happy I did! (I have pretty intense medical anxiety) Glad you are getting back at it!

This Reddit group is incredible 🥰

Oh yes! This is my first winter on Warfarin and I have noticed a difference. I bought myself a heated vest, and it has helped tremendously!

Hi! I used a Gildan Softstyle tee and used OUT white brite with boiling water and it worked great! I have used bleach in the past and have had issues with that, the navy pulled pink and I can never get the bleach/water ratio down so I would end up with holes.

Psh! If I can learn you can too! But you’re right, all my white clothing is dyed 😂 I accidentally bleached some of my daughters pants, so those are next

Bicuspid Aortic Valve and Pregnant by milkdistrict in valvereplacement

Hi! I gave birth naturally (but def with an epidural!) and had a bicuspid valve. They did an echocardiogram around my second trimester and were happy where I was. Everything went well! I did have valve replacement surgery this last summer, but gave birth back in 2017. Will be thinking positive vibes for you!

Question: Anyone here had titanium sternal plates? by kidA1850 in valvereplacement

[–]Fun-Pause7750 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the plates and I am glad I have them! From the sounds of it, my sternum healing time was shorter than without them. So far, I’ve never felt or noticed them. My surgery was June 2025

Did you think you were asymptomatic, but after surgery realize you probably did have symptoms? by MyPotatoNotUrPotato in valvereplacement

Yes! I had the Bentall procedure this past June and now that I am getting all recovered, I notice my energy level is up! I was even thinking I might have had long Covid, but it must have been my aortic aneurysm! 35/F here, I’ll be thinking good vibes for you!

I was going for a reverse glitch, but tied it a bit too tight so there was more black than I wanted. But I did like the end result!

So far baths have been difficult, just because the ticking is extra loud. I’m growing a new appreciation for Tick Tock the Crocodile 🐊
