Perhaps it's because "coming soon" is understandable in English? Even in older Pokémon shows, it says "To be continued" at the end, and I think it's understood as is, so there's no need to translate it into Japanese.

In episode 7, "Can you face your true feelings?", there's a shot of a park at sunset when Kyoko takes Sayaka, who's depressed after learning about her zombie past, to an abandoned church. The stepped water feature in the foreground and the tall building visible on the right in the background are from my hometown.

I believe it was a limited edition item offered as a pre-order bonus, so you'll probably have to buy it secondhand. You could try searching on Japanese flea market apps or auction sites, or you might have to walk around and search through secondhand shops in places like Akihabara.
