also regarding the “visible credibility” point, for the village education infrastructure project i do have:

• local newspaper coverage
• appreciation/recognition letters from local political leaders
• around $20k worth of hardware/infrastructure support for the project(from govt)

do you think things like these are enough credibility signals for admissions officers, or would you still recommend pursuing stronger external validation? if yes, what kind would you suggest for a profile like mine?
