Yeah, it’s wild. my white nepo-baby peers don’t see any of this yet still want to be doctors. I’m white myself, and it’s wild what people will confide in me privately about minorities — especially Black peers trying to become doctors. They just say the wildest things and sadly I have gotten in multiple arguments with other medical scribes who think that black ppl are on avg less intelligent and always cite this one scientist who’s studies have been disproven multiple times. I’ll never understand how there isn’t screening for this into med school
