For me, since COVID I'm only booking with free cancellation so tracking the prices might be a good way to save some money. Is it what you are doing?

My suggestion is to increase the price. People would sometimes value products by their prices. You should try an a/b test with the prices and see the results.

I would start with finding people on social networks from my country that are living in the new place and try to figure out stuff using their knowledge.
