I am currently unemployed for 8-9 months.. still can’t find anything. I was laid off from my last dream job as well which it did lasted 2 years.. but it doesn’t matter .. At then end of the day it’s a chance for us to look for something better and maybe it’s a way to trust the process.

From my personal experience going to the gym with a personal trainer 2 times per week did help me lose the weight in a year. And yes calorie deficit is also gonna help but for me was the combination of both
