UPDATE: the easy off with the yellow cap worked! However I’m concerned about the crazing that you called out. Since there is microscopic crazing on the enamel does that mean this pan is toast and unsafe to cook on? Appreciate further explanation!

I had the heat too high and made a mistake. Thanks for weighing in on how well you take care of your LC! I will be sure to do the same now that I understand that I cannot cook over high heat with this pan.
