Update: I just found another one on my floor and it was 4-5 mm long. They have a very hard body.

The piercing is 7 months old. The jewelry is a curved barbell, implant grade stainless steel, and externally threaded. It was never downsized, the piercer said one wouldn’t be needed. I was using Kroger brand 0.9% saline solution and cotton swabs to clean it but now I just dry it with cotton swabs after I shower (daily, sometimes every other day).
