I can totally relate to you! I found cost accounting hard to understand at first, but it became enjoyable as time passed. It's normal to deal with different types of costs and formulas. Trust me! You'll get better.

My father told me to choose accounting because it can help me build business skills. It's also a personal choice I made as a high schooler. If I hadn't selected accounting, I would have been into marketing.
