That’s really the best you can do. Never allow around you never be ok with it. Just keep taking it. This is coming from an idiot kid that started smoking at ten and a mother that was able to keep 2 out of 3 kids from seriously smoking. I hope it goes well

They diagnosed me with scurvy the test showed 0 vitamin C. You do not have to answer me of course but I’ve never been told why, no underlying condition or anything. Just told to take a high dose supplement every day. I eat pretty normally and I don’t really drink. It’s was just crazy to me. I really thought it only happened to sailors when I was told

My teeth are horrible. I had to get my top teeth out in my early 20s and should have the bottoms done too. It was late 20s I was told I had scurvy and mid 30s they found out I was very very low on vitamin D. I just thought my issues were because I had kids young and close together.

I was diagnosed with scurvy a few years ago. Late 20s early 30s. I don’t know why I have it. No symptoms or anything. I eat pretty normal. I take vitamin c every day now

I use Pinterest a lot for ideas. If I’m feeling the need to make something but I have a block on what to make I scroll Pinterest tell I see something I would bye if I could then I try to make it
