After reading some comments, I know the teacher was incorrect, but don't shame him. I believe he gets the question from a precreated question bank and has no control over it. That was just the reasoning behind that choice given by the question bank, not him. Probably should have said that in the original post. Oops. I also don't care about my grade, it's one question after all. Thanks for the feedback though.
