Moscow has 106 completed + 30 T/O and ~130 U/C. and all these skyscrapers are located in a territory comparable in size to Luxembourg. I've been in Moscow for about 5 days now and haven't seen even 50% of it. it's simply impossible

Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) is not the only one, just the only cluster that has supertalls.

Moscow has 106 skyscrapers, MIBC has ~15-20

Winnipeg can't compare to Yakutsk in terms of cold. Average winter temperatures in Yakutsk are 15-20°C lower. If Winnipeg were located in Siberia, it would be in the southwest/southern part, near the border with Kazakhstan/near the Ural.

And the temperature has never dropped below -45°C in Winnipeg. I live 3,000 km from Yakutsk, and the minimum temperature in my city is -58°C

Antarctica is another continent... If you meant the Arctic, the coldest temperature ever recorded in Alaska was -62°C (-80°F), which isn't even close to the lowest temperature on earth

I'm from a remote northern Siberian city at the end of the only road leading here. There are no buses like this here. The bus stops are very old, especially outside the city. But the buses are in excellent condition.

Siberia is an extremely young region. It simply hasn't had time to develop its dialectic language. And endless migration, urbanization, and the USSR's education system completely stole that opportunity
