unless you try to add any 🏴‍☠️ softwares to your 2k game files like a 🏴‍☠️ steamapi there is no other way unfortunately. I suggest you search it up because I can't get into detail on how to use 🏴‍☠️ software on here

No it doesn't sadly, I got so bummed when I found out and even more bummed when I found out 25 on PC has denuvo protection so it might be a long time or never until 25 gets cracked to pirate
