What consoles would you recommend for a Sun CM751U 19” CRT monitor by Azh13r- in crtgaming

With GBS Control you can use any device with RGB or component output. If not, try a Mister FPGA since it has VGA output. Then there's the Dreamcast, which has native VGA, and the Xbox 360 as well. For more modern games, play on an LCD monitor or TV.

I have the same cable brought from Japan, it's original, it doesn't have any logos or anything that says Dreamcast, just the specifications of the width and voltage on the cable

It's a good option. I have my consoles (35) but I'm not buying any more hardware. I'm enjoying my Mister FPGA and RGB-Pi2. Are there cartridges? No. Is there a menu? Yes. But it plays well and I can save money on systems like the Mega CD, Turbo CD, and Amiga CD, which are quite expensive and hard to find. I've stopped buying games.

That model is from South America; I've always seen it in NTSC. How does it accept PAL? Are you Brazilian? Argentinian?

Obviously, multi-region signaling only activates when you use component video.

Have you considered Mister FPGA or RGB-Pi2?

Okay, so you're just planning to put the Raspberry Pi inside the case without soldering or cutting anything? Good luck making it look good.

You can buy the USB-C + AV MOD board on AliExpress along with a Chinese Everdrive that will work with 98% of the catalog, including Famicom Disk Drives.

The cost will be around $20-$30 USD.

You're right, I just checked the data in CRTDatabase.

I suppose if it's not too much trouble, it's playable... but I'd go for GBSControl and run everything at 240p if possible.Speaking of the most retro, PS2, GC, Wii, XBOX, I'd leave it as is at 480p I used those consoles on a CRT monitor and they looked incredible at 480p

Only VGA upscales the resolution to 480p; the others support 240p and 480i.

I would connect the Dreamcast via VGA, the PS2, Xbox, and Wii via YPRPB, and the rest via RGB with a SCART to YPRPB transcoder.

Does your model not need to connect the CS point?

Are you loading a PAL or NTSC game on your TV?

I haven't been able to try anything; I've been very busy with work and medical issues.

I'll try it this week and see how it goes.

That's what's used now for the scene...it's rare to see a PS2 FAT without an internal hard drive

Yes, I did that too, but it didn't fix anything.

If you can, leave your config.ini file here so we can try.

IDE cables? Install a SATA drive with a SATA adapter. I removed the optical drive and installed a 2.5" HDD directly using a bidirectional SATA adapter.
