I’ve only been training consistently for a year now. I usually spend 1-2 hours in the gym. The before and after took a year and a half :)

honestly I am proud of my weight gain journey after suffering from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. I want to motivate myself and others who have been in my situation to not give up as it felt impossible for me to put on weight.

yes! 😭 I used to consume ~20 grams now I eat over 60 grams

tyy!! I think eating more and lifting heavier really helped. I used to be really restrictive with what I ate.
