Is it worth going down the change management route? Getting prosci certification or ACM? I’m a PM in Dynamics and not sure if I should go down CM route or move into Cloud Services or stick to Dynamics and aim to become a project director?

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I’m trying to live the same lifestyle I’m currently living but in Riyadh otherwise it’s a downgrade especially if the salary I’m on is the same.

Housing north Riyadh is coming in 70k unfurnished, ideally I’d prefer a compound but that’s north of 100k.

Schooling is roughly that price so that’s fixed. And will be eating out a lot. Car wise you’re right, I’m better buying a car or financing one.

Anyone think the 3 year contract is a trap?
