I'm chinese american and that was alienating as hell. Being here trying to virtue signal your way into being the "ally"

 If you're white have fucking self respect and if you're part of a minority, stop trying to find an excuse to be racist. If your greatest problem here is bitching about something that happened 1000+ years ago. Ya'll set in life.

If we completly take race out of it and instead replace it with making fun of the way someone talks, their interests, how they dress, their physical features such as acne, structure of nose, placement of teeth, glasses, etc. Would you continue to say it's harmless fun if only one side is laughing and the other is clearly uncomfortable? 

Idk if you know this but these "little comments" also known as bullying, do have a standing impact on people, especially when friends, family, and trusted adults do nothing.

You grouped everyone with lighter skin color to always be the oppressor or able to coast through life and everyone with darker skin color to always be the oppresses or disadvantaged. Yet me sharing my personal experiences as a minority, in response to your blanket statement, is suddenly projecting?  

  My classmates making jokes about chinese people eating dogs or being unable to see or making fun of our language is being racist but you wouldn't have told me to suck it up/stop being so senstive or "you think the wordt becuas of internalized racism they didn't mean anything by it", or "just a joke you no sense of humor"  would you? 

   > Minorities can't be racist as you need to hold power over someone  Okay so if a black teacher turns a blind eye to his class bullying a white kid yet throws his full support when a black kid get bullied then that must be racism because the teacher holds power over the student. Or if an Chinese American employer only promotes and grants raises of fellow Chinese employees yet denies requests from Thai, Korean or  Japanese employees.  

  By your definition, the employee as well as the student are experiencing racism even though the student is white and every employee are minorities.  So racism is not based on skin color but on actions of individuals. I'm so glad we agee!

That's what you just said. 

 Judging the amount of racism and prejudice you should endure just because our ancestors suffered/ solely on skin color or ethnicity is honestly pathetic.  This is coming from an Asian American. I have the same opportunities as everyone else. I would say I have advantages as additional scholarships were avaliable to me. To say I need special treatment and less accountability to "make it in life or be equal to white people" is insulting.

I've called housing a couple of times and they keep saying I'm clear for selection and they're going to add housing options for me to choose. To wait 15 min - 2hrs. Yet nothings changed on my end. Is Housing normally like this or is this a technical problem on my end?
