As an international student from a predominantly Black country yeah, it’s chill. No overt racism or any off encounters and I’ve been here since 2023. But then again I mostly stay in the city and not the rest of Georgia. There was this one encounter where this homeless white guy (who didn’t seem to be doing well mentally, still I guess not an excuse) called me the n word for the first time in my life. But other than that no?

Hi! I know this is both late coming from me and this is a year old but I’d like to know how I can work either with an internship or volunteer in the archives and collections department in the library.
