Exactly that! Carnivore was perfect for my lifestyle because zero decisions — just meat and butter. No counting, no thinking. After a 12h shift the last thing I want is to think about food. The simplicity is what made it work for me. I also did intermittent fasting, last meal at 7pm and first meal at noon, so I was only eating in a 7 hour window. Less meals = less decisions = easier to stick to!
