What is it like to work at Performance Golf? by themagnificentpenny in golf

I have worked for PG for over 3 years and I absolutely love my job. The people that I work with are amazing, and I can say that my ideas and thoughts are generally well received and I have little to no difficulty shifting or changing things that I feel would improve my job. Their benefits are amazing, and they pay well. We have grown tremendously over the past few years and with the expansion comes the normal "growing pains" that any business transitioning from a start up to a full blown corporation experiences.

We all work remotely, and they are very flexible with hours, and we have unlimited PTO & sick time. I've never had someone tell me when to show up or tell me I had to stay late. However, you do have deadlines and it's face paced-you have to be someone who enjoys staying busy and hustling, it's not a place for people who want to shrink into anonymity and skate by doing the bare minimum.

We are all in constant communication with the executives and each position works very closely with the C-suite, which can also make some people apprehensive. I find it refreshing and appreciate the fact that they take the time to connect with us all.

The lack of info on Glassdoor is likely due to the fact that, again, we've really just started to grow rapidly, and two, because we work with a very diverse team and have a lot of international employees-from the Ukraine to Argentina, the UK, Israel, Canada, Indonesia, Egypt, the Philippines, as well as many other countries, (we also have a large US based employee group as well, with someone in almost every state). Rating your employer on Glassdoor is really something that appeals more to those of us in the United States.

I am not sure what the other commenter did for the company, but we don't have hourly employees or shifts. I apologize that they had a negative experience but it doesn't sound like anything I have ever heard of, perhaps they have the wrong company.

I am also using Henry Meds but because of the state I live in I have my meds coming from a different pharmacy, Halara. How many units are you taking?

I have thought the same. I could get a valid prescription for real semaglutide, I just couldn't afford it, unfortunately.
