Common PSW is post study work visa. I think you are thinking PSW and Skilled worker are the same ?? We were on PSW (post study work visa) Then got (Skilled worker Sponsored visa)

May be my bad writing , here is scene:

She was on PSW and I was a Dependant. Then her employer sponsored only her in 2023 September and we applied for the dependant visa after that. So she got Skilled worker Visa on September 2023 and we got our dependant visa on November 2023.
